Pale Ale

A good balance of malt and hops. Fruity and bitterness. American

versions tend to be cleaner and hoppier, while British tend to be

more malty and buttery.

Hop Heads

American IPA. (India Pale Ale). Big herbal and / or citric character, bitterness
is high as well. Moderate to medium bodied with a balancing malt backbone.

Witbier

A Belgian Style Ale, unfiltered and high level of wheat, that’s used
in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander, orange peel and

other oddball spices or herbs in the background.

Allagash White (Draft)
Allagash Brewing Company, Portland. ME
Allagash White is unique and truly refreshing. This beer is light and
slightly cloudy in appearance, with a spicy aroma.

Ommegang Witte (Draft)
Ommegang Brewery, Cooperstown, NY
Refreshing flavors of orange, lemon, coriander, and wheat. Great smell,
light on your tongue.

Great White (Draft)

it has a full-bodied mouth feel, yet is surprisingly light to drink. Topped with
a hint of citrus provided by coriander and a secret blend of herbs.

Blue Moon Belgian Ale (Draft)

An unfiltered cloudy beer with coriander, orange peel, full flavor with
a smooth finish.

Blanche de Chambly (Blahsnh-deh-shahm-blee)  (Bottle)    
Unibroue Brewery, Canada
A subtle bouquet of spice and citrus notes. It is a mildly malty,
sightly sweet and refreshingly thirst quenching.

Belgian Pale Ale

They differ from American Pale Ale
by traditionally being less bitter, using aged hops and boasting sweetish

to toasty malt overtones.

Orval Trappist Ale (Bottle)
Brasserie d’Orval S.A. Belgium
Founded in the 1100s. Three different malts, two types of hops, Belgian
candi sugar, multiple yeasts, dryhopping and bottle conditioning.

Devotion (750ml Bottle)
The Lost Abbey Brewery, San Marcos, CA
Light malt with yeasty undertones. Grapefruit, grapes, banana, and
lemon. Very clean and drinkable.

Belgian Strong Pale Ale

A much higher alcohol content. Expect a complex and powerful ale,
yet delicate with rounded fl avors.

Duvel Golden Belgian Ale (Bottle)
Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat NV, Belgium
Complexity and depth of an ale, refreshing nature of a Pilsner.

A classic! One of my Favorites!!!

Damnation Ale (750ml Bottle)
Russian River Brewing Company, CA
Aromas of banana and pear with mouth filling fl avors of sweet malt and
earthy hops. A lingering finish is dry and slightly bitter but very smooth.
ABV: 7%    14

Pranqster (Bottle)
North Coast Brewing, Fort Bragg, CA
A mixed culture of antique yeast strains that produce a floral nose,
a full fruity flavor and a clean finish. A great American Belgian.
ABV: 7.6%    6

Dubbel

A rich malty beer with some spicy characteristics. Lighter than

Belgium Strong Ale. Mild hop bitterness with no lingering hop flavor.

Chimay Red (Bottle)
Bieres de Chimay
(Abbaye Norte Dame de Scourmont)
A Trappist Ale with a sweet and strong taste that has a slightly apricot like
aroma from the fermentation.
ABV: 7%    7.5

Brother Thelonious (Bottle)
North Coast Brewing, Fort Bragg, CA
Rich and robust mahogany body with an off-white fluffy head. A great
interpretation of its Belgium style.
ABV: 9.3%    6

Tripel

Brewers use up to three times the amount of malt than
a standard Trappist.

Chimay Triple * (Draft)
Bieres de Chimay
(Abbaye Norte Dame de Scourmont)
Fruity notes of muscat and raisins give this beer a particularly attractive
aroma which complements the touch of bitterness.
ABV: 8%    9

La Fin du Monde (Bottle)
Unibroue Brewery, Canada
It is mildly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit and spice notes
followed by a smooth, dry finish.

Belgian Strong Dark Ale

Higher in alcohol, more of an all
around character than the Dark Ale.
Complex but a delicate palate. Spicy
and alcoholic and great to drink.

Maudite (Moe-dzit) (Draft)
Unibroue Brewery, Canada
Aroma of wild spices and floral hop notes. Spicy, vinous, and deliciously
complex with a crisp hop finish.

Trois Pistoles (trwa-pee-stole)  (Bottle)

Its slightly sweet taste is enhanced by accents of roasted malt, cocoa, ripe
fruit and dark spices with a smooth finish like an old port.

Well-balanced flavor profile that lingers on the palate, reminding the
enthusiast of the products strength. Truly, a product of great elegance.

Dragon. Spot on, very smooth.

Torrified wheat and oats, Belgian dark candi give the Black a full and
silky mouthfeel. Roasted malts gives it classic chocolate, toast and

malty taste.

Delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity, elegant,
sparkling clean natural taste.

Quadruple

Belgium Style Ale with a bigger kick of flavor and alcohol. Dark
full bodied and a rich malty flavor, with low bitterness.

St. Bernardus ABT 12 (Bottle)
Refuge de Notre Dame de St. Bernard
Ebony in color, smooth, creamy and full-bodied with extreme complexity
and richness of texture that is very assertive, like a warming brandy.

Belgian malts and lots of Belgian dark candy sugar. A complex layered beer,
dark cherries, currants, and molasses, with an underlying spiciness.

Dark and malty, cherry-infused lambic from Lindemans in Belgium. A rich,
ruby brew that weaves a port-like subtle fruit into a creamy elixir of
chocolaty caramel effervescence.

Belgian IPA

Take the taste of a Belgium Triple Ale and cross it with American Hops

and you get a smooth clean bitterness
without the punch of an American IPA.

A spicy light sweetness, which is richly balanced with the robust
bitterness of the hop. One of the top five beers of the world.

Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel (750ml Bottle)
Brasserie Achouffe , Belgian Ardennes
A harmonious balance between a marked bitterness (three types of
hops are used to make it) and a pleasant fruitiness. Unfi ltered, and

refermented in the bottle.

Belgian Dark Ale

Non bitter, smooth tasting. Spicy, malty, floral. Amber to light brown

to deep garnet hues.

1554 Enlightened Black Ale (Bottle)

Light yeast strain and dark chocolaty malts. A unique style lost to the ages.
Dated back to culminated in 1554, a highly quaffable dark beer with a
moderate body and mouthfeel.

Using a proprietary Pacman ale yeast. Deep honey in color with a malty
aroma and a rich hearty flavor.

This is a very intense wheat doppelbock with a complex spicy
chocolate-like aroma with a hint of banana and raisins. Very rich and
complex, with a hint of caramel.

A touch fuller, darker, more intense. Dark, rich elixir with a complex

Dark brown-black color, thick, fullbodied, velvety-smooth mouth feel,

Samuel Smith’s Oatmeal Stout    (Bottle)
Samuel Smith Old Brewery, Tadcaster, UK
Coffee and caramel smell. Vanilla, molasses, banana, berries. Gets
better and better with each sip. Oats give it a soft graininess that takes

it to the next level.

Unfiltered, roasty, malty brown ale aged in wooden brewing vessels. The
caramel and vanilla unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan
